you agree to the following:

Every handmade item is one of a kind. Variations in colour, texture and finish are part of the natural story of each piece.
Workshop bookings are confirmed upon full payment.
I reserve the right to adjust prices, workshop dates and offerings when needed, while always honouring existing commitments.
All content (designs, photos, workshop materials) remains the property of Shannon Berry Nature and cannot be reproduced without permission.

I create a welcoming, inclusive space and ask all participants and customers to interact with kindness and respect.

Product Care

Thank you for sharing my love for treen - any functional household object made of wood.

Each piece is made from living material and natural changes over time are part of its beauty.

Bowl and Spoon Care Tips:

Hand wash gently with warm soapy water and dry immediately.
Never leave standing water in the bowl or basket.
Do not soak, dishwasher, or microwave.
Store in a warm, dry place away from extremes of heat or moisture.

Oiling Your Bowl or Spoon:

Regular oiling helps maintain strength and beauty.
Use food-safe oils like sunflower, rapeseed, vegetable, flaxseed, or hemp oil.
Avoid olive oil (which can go rancid) and nut oils if allergies are a concern.
Natural inks (such as elderberry) may deepen or soften in colour with use - this is normal. Oiling will slow the fading.

Basket Care tips:

If required, wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry naturally.
Dust lightly every few months to keep the weave fresh.
Avoid soaking or leaving in standing water.
Store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight and extremes of heat or moisture.

Natural colour shifts and surface changes are part of its character.

Your piece will age gracefully, becoming more beautiful with each passing year.

Workshop Policies

I’m passionate about making workshops welcoming, empowering and full of learning.

Booking:

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
Bookings are first-come, first-served and workshop spaces are limited to ensure a personalised experience.

Suitability & Accessibility:

Workshops are suitable for adults aged 18+.
If you have access needs or specific support requirements, please contact me ahead of time - I am committed to making workshops as inclusive as possible.

Cancellations:

By You: Refunds (minus a small admin fee) can be given up to 14 days before the event. After that, refunds are not available.
By Me: If a workshop needs to be cancelled by me, you will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to a future date.

Safety:

Safety guidelines must be followed during workshops. While I provide a safe environment, participants are responsible for their own wellbeing when using tools and materials.

Privacy Policy and Payments

Your trust is important to me.

I only collect information necessary to verify, process and ship orders or complete workshop bookings.

How I use your data:

Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to those managing orders at Shannon Berry Nature.

I never sell, rent or share your information with third parties, except where legally required.

Prices are shown in British Pound Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping, Returns and Cancellations

Shipping

Orders are sent via Royal Mail or trusted courier services.

Free UK shipping.

International shipping cost are provided at checkout.

International Shipping & Customs Fees:
Please note that all international orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. By placing an order, you agree to pay any applicable customs charges required by your country’s regulations. We are not responsible for any delays, fees, or additional costs caused by customs processing.

Processing Time: 5–7 working days.

Packaging: Intentionally sourced and minimal, my packaging is designed to honour both your product and the planet.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped!

Returns and cancellations

Returns:
If you’re not fully happy with your item, contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Returns must be in unused, original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
Custom / Commissioned Items:
Due to their bespoke nature, these are non-refundable, unless faulty.
Damaged Items:
If your piece arrives damaged, email me within 48 hours with photographs so I can make things right.
