Shipping Policy
After placing an order you will receive an automated acknowledgement by email in receipt of payment.
Orders will be processed and shipped within three working days of successful payment. Confirmation will be sent via email with your shipping details when your item has been dispatched.

Product Return & Refund Policy
I hope that you love your bowls, created with magic and inspired by nature. But, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned undamaged and unused, and shipped at the customer’s own cost. A full refund (minus postage from original purchase) will then be made within 14 days upon receipt of the item(s) via the original payment method.

All items are thoroughly checked before shipping, but if any faults or damage are identified upon receipt of the item, please notify me by email (hello@shannonberrynature.co.uk), with an image of the item(s) and description of the damage within 7 days of delivery.

I am unable to provide returns for commissions unless they arrive faulty or damaged at the time of delivery.
Tuition Reschedule & Cancellation Policy
Reschedule tuition by emailing, hello@shannonberrynature.co.uk 72 hours before the start of your session.
Refund subject to 72 hours notice provided by emailing, hello@shannonberrynature.co.uk before the start of your session.
